We connect the work you already do.

Not another app to learn. Not a rip and replace. We take the tools your business already runs and close the gaps between them, so the work moves without anyone pushing it.

Where it shows up first

Six things that stop happening by hand.

Every one is framed the way you feel it: relief, not features. We start with the sharpest wins for your business, then connect out from there.

No more double entryQuote to invoice without retypingThe estimate a customer approves becomes the job, the schedule, and the invoice. Nobody keys the same details in three times.
One home for every fileDocuments that file themselvesWaivers, certificates, contracts, and photos land in one place, tied to the customer, findable in seconds.
Nothing slipsA heads-up before things expireInsurance, certificates, deposits, and renewals get flagged before they lapse, not after someone points it out.
Leads stop leakingInquiries become one pipelineEmail, Messenger, and text inquiries turn into one trackable list, so no lead quietly disappears.
Out of your headThe business runs without youA simple operating view the whole team can use, so the answers do not walk out the door when you do.
On railsThe busy season runs itselfRepeatable workflows that start themselves, so your busiest weeks stop depending on heroics.
The value of connected operations

Find it. See it. Move it.

Not another layer of technology. A business where people find what they need, know what happens next, and decide from information they can trust.

01 / Find itEvery document has a homeContracts, waivers, certificates, and history stop living in inboxes and memory.
02 / See itA dashboard that already knowsPriorities, risk, workload, and progress on one screen, without chasing updates.
03 / Move itWork moves without pushingReminders, approvals, and follow-ups run themselves in the background.

QuickBooks keeps doing the books. The hub reads the balances and posts nothing back.

This is the pattern we build, shown with a neutral business in place of the client it was built for. Every panel above is a real capability running in Microsoft 365, and the figures are illustrative. Compliance is one tab among several, which is the point. The accounting tool shows money. The trade app shows its one job. This shows the whole business, and what still needs to happen.

What is actually on the screen

One place your team can read without being trained.

The test we hold this to is whether somebody who started on Monday can open it and know what to do. Not a reporting tool for you to interpret and pass on. A working screen the whole business uses.

JobsWhat is happening and who has itOpen work, who claimed it, what stage it is at, and what it is waiting on. When somebody rings to ask where their job is, the person who answers the phone can tell them without finding you first.
ApprovalsWhat is sitting on somebodyQuotes waiting on a customer, change orders waiting on you, purchases waiting on a signature. The thing that stalls a job is usually not the work, it is a decision nobody chased.
DocumentsAttached to the thing they belong toThe signed waiver sits on the booking. The certificate sits on the vendor. The photo sits on the job. Nobody searches an inbox because nothing was ever filed in one.
ExpiriesDates that raise their own handInsurance, licences, certifications and renewals flag before they lapse. This is the one that stops a job being shut down on a Tuesday morning.
Where the numbers come from

Your accounting and your trade software keep running.

This is the part owners are right to be suspicious of, because they have been asked to move everything before and it went badly. We do not move your books. The hub reads them the way your accountant reads a bank statement. It can see what is there. It cannot change it.

Stays exactly where it isThe software that runs your tradeTekmetric, Jobber, HoneyBook, Toast, Buildertrend, whichever one your business actually lives in. Your team keeps using it the same way tomorrow as they did yesterday. Nobody retrains.
Stays exactly where it isYour accountingQuickBooks keeps doing what it is good at. Your bookkeeper carries on. Nothing about your books changes, and nothing writes back into them from our side.
Gets retiredThe tools that hold one record where nothing else can see itA separate waiver subscription, a scheduling link, a forms tool, a file drive. Each one holds something the rest of your business needs and cannot reach. Those get rebuilt inside the hub and switched off.
The ruleWe keep what runs the business and replace what traps recordsThat is the whole test, and we will apply it out loud in front of you. If a tool is doing real work, it stays. If its only job is to be the one place a document lives, it is costing you money to create a dead end.

The accounting tool can tell you money moved. It cannot tell your team what still needs to happen.

Which is why this is not a reporting screen
Built for your trade, not for everyone

The machinery is the same. The rows are different.

A landscaper and a childcare centre track completely different things and need identical plumbing to track them. The register, the reminders and the document store do not change. What changes is what goes in them, and that is set up around your business rather than picked from a menu.

First
We watch how you actually workNot how the software thinks you should. What gets written on a whiteboard, what lives in your phone, what your team asks you every week. That is the list the hub gets built around.
Then
We build it and run it alongside youThe hub goes in while your current way of working carries on. Nothing is switched off until the replacement has been doing the job long enough that you trust it.
After
It changes when your business changesYou take on a new service, hire a crew, add a second location. The hub is configured, not bought, so it moves with you instead of being outgrown.
What this is not

The honest limits, before you ask.

It is not accounting softwareIt will not do your books or file your taxIt reads what your accounting already knows and shows it next to everything else. Your bookkeeper and your accountant keep their jobs and keep their tools.
It is not off the shelfYou cannot buy it this afternoonIt is set up around one business at a time. That is why it fits, and it is also why there is a build period rather than a download. We will tell you what that period looks like before you commit to anything.
It is not a replacement for your teamIt removes the retyping, not the peopleWhat it takes away is the part of the day nobody was ever paid to do well. The judgement, the customer relationship and the actual work stay with the people who are good at them.
It is not locked to usIt runs in your Microsoft account, in your nameThe tenant, the data and the documents belong to your business. If you ever stop working with us, none of it has to move and none of it is held hostage.

We do not replace what works. We connect what matters.

Thirty minutes, no pitch. We show you what connected looks like for a business like yours, and you leave with a plan either way.
